What is MBSSuites.com?

MBSSuites.com is the official single event suites website for Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. This website is operated by AMB Sports & Entertainment and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites available for sale on this site are being sold directly by AMB Sports & Entertainment for games and events held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Mercedes-Benz Stadium suite?

To rent a suite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, click on the event you wish to attend via the RESERVE A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team at (470) 341-4555 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets are mobile only. Parking passes can be printed at home or viewed via mobile.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets will be mobile only. Parking passes can be printed at home or viewed via mobile. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and a Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team member will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Please note that screenshots will not work at the scanners.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on MBSSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites on all levels are ADA Accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on MBSSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative at (470) 341-4555 .

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, a Mercedes-Benz Stadium representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of event day (in-suite) ordering. Please note: The Event day Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu. Also, based on volume and timing on event day, orders can see a delay on delivery so pre-orders are recommended.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event unless otherwise noted by a Mercedes-Benz Stadium representative after your completed purchase. Also note that any suites purchased after the catering deadlines have expired will have to purchase from the Event Day Suite Menu after arrival at the stadium.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100-$125 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000-$2,500. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I decorate my suite?

Yes, you may choose to decorate your suite for your event. Note that space is limited on table and cabinet tops, so we recommend keeping things limited. No decorations that leave markings or residue on walls or tables are allowed. For a full list of prohibited items, please view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium event day guide.

If you wish to decorate, we do recommend reaching out in advance to your assigned Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team member for instructions for sending or dropping your items off in advance of event day to avoid being able to carry in on the day of event.

Can I give my own promotional items or gifts to my guests in my suite?

Yes. If you wish to provide give-a-ways, we do recommend reaching out in advance to your assigned Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team member for instructions for sending or dropping your items off in advance of event day to avoid being able to carry in on the day of event. Items shipped or dropped off are subject to being checked by security. A Mercedes-Benz Stadium team member will deliver the items to your suite prior to gates opening on event day.

Promotional item distribution is limited to your own suite and should not be distributed elsewhere in the stadium. For a full list of prohibited items, please view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium event day guide.

Can I host a presentation or meeting in my suite on game day?

Yes. While space can get crowded and the volume outside of the suite can be loud, presentations are often held in suites on event days. Due to space we are unable to provide additional chairs in the suites. Also, the televisions in suite do not allow for outside devices to be input into their ports. If you need a television to show a presentation, please contact your Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team member in advance of event day. They will arrange for an A/V cart at no additional cost to you.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SRO’s) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team member to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Yes. Complimentary guest passes are available for most Mercedes-Benz Stadium suite rentals. Note that you can only add up to 4 combined suite passes and/or Standing Room Only tickets for a given suite. Super Suites can add up to 12 combined. Guest passes are not available for Loge Boxes.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

While many events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium adhere to a policy that a child that is 33 inches or smaller does not require a ticket, this policy may vary by event pending the terms of the promoter for a given event. What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Mercedes-Benz Stadium)?

Mercedes-Benz Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy which can be found at http://www.nfl.com/allclear. For additional rules including a full list of prohibited items, please refer to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium event day page or contact a representative from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team at (470) 341-4555 or [email protected].

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

No, is the answer in most cases. This is to limit overcrowding in our club spaces. The suites themselves provide much of the same comforts that one may find in our various clubs. Loge Box buyers do have access to club spaces to access all-inclusive food and drink that is part of their event day package.

Event day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Mercedes-Benz Stadium parking lots next to the stadium for quick access to the VIP stadium entrances. You will be provided with details on where and how to park. You can view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Parking Map here.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be found on a map on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Maps. Your Mercedes-Benz Stadium representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2 hours prior to kickoff unless otherwise stated by a member of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team after your completed purchase. You may also verify this information prior to purchase by contacting us at (470) 341-4555 or [email protected]

What should people wear?

There is no specific dress code for Mercedes-Benz Stadium events.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An Event Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Event Day Menu is more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Mercedes-Benz Stadium Premium Team Member as well as Mercedes-Benz Stadium staff. An attendant will be provided for your suite for any issues specific to catering.
